Calling all Team Assistants and Executive Assistants who want to support successful and high-profile Bankers / Partners within global investment firms!

Four of our international clients are seeking motivated Executive Assistants / Administrative Assistants (Teamassistenz) who are talented in organisation / business support, and want to develop their EA career even further in some of the most rewarding and challenging environments that there are to be an Executive Assistant.

The roles require you to have an interest in business as you will support your MD and team of investment professionals with their live deals, liaising with investors and portfolio companies, help to prepare pitches, and take ownership for the hectic global calendars to optimise and prioritise their time. This is not ‘just’ a scheduling role! These individuals cannot do their jobs without the best Assistants, and you will work in partnership to ensure success is a team effort.

If you have started a career in business support (in an international environment ideally, or hospitality in events/conference planning / back-office), have worked in busy scheduling roles, can speak German and English fluently and would like to transfer this to the world of global investment, we would love to hear from you!
